Hi, my name is Hendrian Saputra. I am 18 years old. I am a culinary student studying at Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif Jakarta. I study here because I want to improve my pastry making skills. My hobby is making cakes and breads. My work experience as a part-timer in a 5-star hotel has lasted for 1 year. Before that, I interned for 6 months at Sheraton Grand Hotel Jakarta. I am a teamworker and physically strong person. During my time in the hospitality world especially in pastry bakery, I learned a lot about how to make traditional Indonesian desserts, cakes, sweet breads, sourdough, macarons, and croissants. I hope at a young age I can become a pastry chef.
